1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VaultShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you via email of material changes.

2. Service Description

VaultShot is a web-based application that allows you to:

• •Capture full-page website screenshots
• •Generate SHA-256 hash certificates proving screenshot authenticity
• •Download compliance-ready PDF reports
• •Monitor websites with automated daily captures (Pro plan)

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• •Reporting unauthorized access immediately to info@vaultshot.io
• •All activity under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• •Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VaultShot for:

• •Capturing screenshots of illegal content or websites
• •Automated scraping beyond our documented API (free tier limited to 3 daily captures)
• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• •Impersonating any person or organization
• •Abusing the free tier with bot-generated requests or spam
• •Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract proprietary code
• •Creating misleading or deceptive screenshots for fraud

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payment Terms

The Pro Plan is available at $19 USD per month, billed via Stripe:

• •Billing: Monthly, automatically charged to your payment method on the same day each month
• •Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your account settings; your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle
• •Refunds: No refunds for partial months; cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing
• •Payment Failures: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge again; repeated failures may suspend your account

6. Intellectual Property

Your Screenshots: You own the intellectual property rights to screenshots you create. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including in legal proceedings.

VaultShot Platform: We own all rights to the VaultShot platform, code, design, and trademarks. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTSHOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

8. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account anytime via your settings. Your data will be deleted within 7 days.

By Us: We may terminate your account immediately if:

• •You violate these terms or our acceptable use policy
• •You engage in abuse or illegal activity
• •Payment fails repeatedly
• •We cease offering VaultShot (with 30 days notice)

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you via email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of VaultShot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
